As a general guide, the 49 suits riders approximately 156–163cm, the 52 fits 163–168cm, the 54 fits 168–174cm, the 56 fits 174–180cm, the 58 fits 180–185cm, and the 61 fits 185–191cm — but inseam length and riding position preferences matter just as much as height.
