Q: Are these shoes true to size?
A: The Genesis 2 runs true to size for most feet, though testers note it fits fairly standard to slightly narrow through the midfoot — if you have a wider foot or like extra room for swelling on long days, consider sizing up half a size. Our staff can do an in-store fit assessment to confirm.

Q: Are the Genesis 2 waterproof / suitable for wet Okanagan trails?
A: The standard Genesis 2 does not have a waterproof membrane — it's built for breathability rather than full wet-weather sealing, so expect wet feet in deep puddles or creek crossings. For spring mud season or early morning dew, ask us about the Genesis Gore-Tex version, which adds waterproof protection.

Q: Can I try the Genesis 2 on before buying at Fresh Air Kelowna?
A: Yes — come into either Kelowna location and our staff will assess your gait and fit, and help you choose between sizes or similar models. No appointment needed, though calling ahead during peak season (spring and fall) is a good idea.
