Product details

Grey skies, fog banks and mid-run snow squalls are part of most winters at Big White and Silver Star, and the Salomon Sentry Pro Sigma is set up for exactly those conditions. It comes with two SIGMA™ contrast-enhancing lenses: a Cat. 2 lens for partly cloudy days and a very light Cat. 1 lens for storm days, flat light and low visibility. Swapping lenses is quick and simple. The low-profile cylindrical frame is made from durable, flexible materials, and Salomon’s Custom ID Fit foam adapts to a range of face shapes. Amplified Vision gives you a wide field of view, whether you’re lapping the park or chasing powder through the trees.

KEY FEATURES

WHO IS THIS FOR?

FAQ

Q1: How do I find the right size Salomon Sentry Pro Sigma goggle?
The Sentry Pro Sigma comes in one frame size. A good fit means the foam seals evenly around your face with no pressure on the nose bridge, and the frame sits close to your helmet brim. Try it on with your own helmet in-store so our staff can confirm the fit.

Q2: Is the Salomon Sentry Pro Sigma compatible with my helmet?
Salomon designs the Sentry Pro Sigma for fit integration and airflow with Salomon helmets, and the 50 mm silicone-backed strap grips securely on helmet shells. It will work with many other helmets, but brim shape varies by brand, so bring your helmet in and we’ll check for gaps.

Q3: What VLT% lens should I choose for Okanagan conditions?
The Cat. 2 SIGMA™ lens (23% VLT) suits partly cloudy and mixed-light days, which make up a large share of the season at Big White and Silver Star. The Cat. 1 SIGMA™ lens (75% VLT) lets in a lot of light, which makes it the right choice for fog, heavy snowfall, flat light and night skiing. If you ski mostly on bright, bluebird days, a goggle with a darker Cat. 3 lens, like the Salomon Sentry Prime Sigma, may suit you better.
