It cleans the skin stripe from any build-up dirt such as grip waxes from the ski track during ski use. It improves the glide of the skin stripe without effecting the grip. It reduces build-up of impurities from the ski tracks to skin strips, and prevents the risk of icing of skin strips. Effective, but gentle.
