Q1: How do I find the right size touring basket for my poles?
Measure the diameter of the pole shaft just above the tip. This basket fits a 16 mm shaft. If your poles measure differently, you’ll need a basket sized for that diameter. Bring your poles to either location and our staff will confirm the fit.

Q2: Is the Swix Touring Basket 16mm compatible with my poles?
Swix designs it as a spare part for Swix poles with a 16 mm shaft. Fit on other brands isn’t confirmed by Swix, so bring your poles in and our staff can check before you buy. 

Q3: How do I install a glue-on pole basket?
Remove the old basket and clean the pole tip, then fit the new basket over the tip with an appropriate adhesive. Let it set fully before skiing. If you’d rather not do it yourself, ask our staff in-store.
