Product details

The Stöckli Stormrider 95 is an all-mountain freeride ski built for skiers who want one pair that can handle everything from Big White's deep Okanagan powder days to Silver Star's groomed cruisers without missing a beat. Swiss-built with a Sandwich System construction and Titanal Technology PRO, this 95mm-waist ski charges through variable Okanagan snow with the smooth, stable ride Stöckli is known for. The Tip Powder Rocker adds float in fresh snow, while the Freeride Tail keeps things playful when you're weaving through the trees or opening it up on long vertical runs.

WHO IS THIS FOR

The Stormrider 95 is built for advanced to expert skiers who want a single ski that can confidently handle everything the Okanagan throws at it, from Big White powder mornings to fast groomers at Silver Star. It rewards a strong, aggressive stance and holds an edge at speed, making it a favourite for skiers who ski the whole mountain rather than just one type of terrain.

Our team at Fresh Air will help you find the right ski and size in-store at both Kelowna locations. Stop by to talk with one of our experienced staff members, or call 250-763-3425.

FAQ

Q.What is a Tip Powder Rocker and how does it affect performance?
A Tip Powder Rocker means the front of the ski curves upward earlier than a traditional cambered tip, which lifts it above the snow surface. On the Stormrider 95, this design increases float in deep or variable snow and makes turn initiation easier, without giving up the stable, cambered feel underfoot that Stöckli skis are known for on groomed terrain.

Q.Is the Stormrider 95 good for skiing in the trees and moguls?
Yes. The Freeride Tail design uses a softer, lighter tail construction that makes the ski more maneuverable and forgiving in tight spaces like tree runs and moguls, while the Titanal-reinforced core still provides the stability and edge hold needed for confident skiing at speed in more open terrain.

Q.How does the Stormrider 95 compare to other Stöckli all-mountain skis, like the Stormrider 105?
The Stormrider 95 is narrower underfoot than the Stormrider 105, which makes it quicker edge-to-edge on groomed and firmer snow while still offering solid float thanks to its Tip Powder Rocker. The Stormrider 105 trades some of that on-piste quickness for extra width and float, making it better suited to skiers who prioritize deeper powder days over all-around versatility.
