Wahoo’s Speedplay Standard Tension Cleat is designed to deliver the power and engagement needed for everything from steep climbs to all-out racing. Wahoo says Speedplay is the only system with continuous 3-axis adjustability, so you can set fore-aft position, side-to-side position and float independently. Float is micro-adjustable from 0° to 15° and the release angle from 0° to 7.5°, letting you dial in exactly how much your foot can move before it unclips. The dimpled, low-profile design and rubberized texture improve traction and walkability off the bike.

FAQ	Q1: How do I find the right size Speedplay cleat? The Standard Tension Cleat comes in one size and mounts to both 3-hole and 4-hole road shoes. Fit is set through adjustment instead: up to 13 mm fore-aft, up to 6 mm left-right, and float from 0° to 15°. Stack height is 11.5 mm on 3-hole shoes and 8.5 mm on 4-hole shoes. You’ll need a #2 Phillips screwdriver to install them. Q2: Is the Standard Tension Cleat compatible with my pedals? It’s built for Wahoo Speedplay road pedals and is the cleat included with Speedplay Zero pedals. It won’t work with other pedal systems like Shimano SPD-SL or Look Keo.
