Product details

We offer shipping for Specialized Bikes within Canada for a $250 flat rate (bicycles and frames) or $350 for e-bikes

From the long climb up to the Myra Canyon trestles to all-day loops on the KVR, Okanagan gravel rewards riders who can cover big distances without running out of legs. The Turbo Creo 2 Expert is built for exactly that kind of riding. It pairs Specialized’s lightweight Turbo SL 1.2 motor and a fully integrated 320Wh battery with a FACT 11r carbon frame, Shimano’s GRX Di2 1x12 electronic shifting, and Future Shock 3.0 at the front end. Add 700x50c tyres, room for up to 29" x 2.2" rubber, and a dropper post, and you get an e-gravel bike that’s as comfortable on smooth valley pavement as it is on loose, chunky rail-trail and forest service roads.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This bike suits experienced road or gravel riders who want to ride further, climb more, or keep pace with stronger friends while still getting a real workout. The light-assist SL system feels natural rather than motorbike-like. Riders planning long KVR days, mixed-surface loops out of Kelowna, or bikepacking trips will appreciate the light 13.8 kg weight, the 50mm tyres, the dropper post, and the rack mounts. It’s also a great fit for returning riders who still want a performance bike and plan to use the assist to get through the valley’s steep climbs.

Our team at Fresh Air will help you find the right fit in-store at both Kelowna locations. Stop by to work with one of our experienced staff members, or call 250-763-3425.

HOW TO SET UP

Our team can pair your Creo 2 with the Specialized App before you leave. We’ll set up your Turbo SL 1.2 assist levels and MicroTune range, and customise your MasterMind TCU display to show the data you care about. We’ll also check your Shimano GRX Di2 shifting, fine-tune the contact points (saddle height, bar position, and dropper lever reach), and set tubeless tyre pressures for the gravel and pavement you’ll actually be riding. After that, we’re here for ongoing e-bike servicing, firmware and over-the-air update support, battery care advice, and expert year-round help. Drop into Fresh Air Pandosy (555 Groves Ave) or Fresh Air Dilworth (1656 Dilworth Drive), or book an appointment online.

FAQ

Q1: What size Specialized Turbo Creo 2 Expert do I need?
Specialized sizes the Creo 2 numerically. As a general guide, the 49 fits riders around 152–163 cm, the 52 fits 163–170 cm, the 54 fits 170–178 cm, the 56 fits 175–183 cm, the 58 fits 180–188 cm, and the 61 fits 188–205 cm. Some of these ranges overlap. If you fall between sizes, your inseam, flexibility, and riding position all affect which one is right, so we recommend a sizing check in-store. You can also review the full geometry on the Specialized geometry chart (linked above).

Q2: Is the Specialized Turbo Creo 2 Expert right for riding the KVR and Okanagan Rail Trail?
Yes, these are exactly the kind of routes it’s built for. The 700x50c tubeless tyres and Future Shock 3.0 smooth out the rough sections. The Turbo SL 1.2 motor takes the sting out of the long grades up toward Myra Canyon. The rack and fender mounts also let you carry gear for longer days or overnight trips.

Q3: How far can I ride on a single charge, and what factors affect range?
Specialized rates the Turbo SL 1.2 system at up to 5 hours of riding on the 320Wh battery. A specific distance figure isn’t stated [VERIFY]. Your actual range depends on several factors: which assist level you use, rider and gear weight, total elevation gain, terrain surface, tyre pressure, wind, and temperature. Cold weather in particular reduces battery performance. MicroTune in the Specialized App and on the MasterMind TCU lets you fine-tune assist output to stretch your range.
