Product details

From commuting along Pandosy to laps on the KVR trail, the Smith Signal MIPS is built for riders who want solid protection without fuss. Made for great days on the bike and the daily commute alike, the Signal helmet gives riders the protection they need no matter where their wheels take them — MIPS® brain protection helps reduce angled impact forces in the event of a crash, and an adjustable dial on the back lets you fine-tune the fit for comfort. Strategic venting keeps air flowing, glasses fog-free, and your head cool, while engineered eyewear channels make for convenient hands-free glasses storage on and off the bike.

FAQ

Q1: How do I find the right size Signal MIPS helmet?
Sizing is based on head circumference: XS fits 48–52cm, S fits 51–55cm, M fits 55–59cm, L fits 59–62cm, and XL fits 61–65cm. Our team can measure you in-store and fine-tune the dial fit for a secure, comfortable fit.

Q2: Is the Signal MIPS compatible with sunglasses or cycling glasses?
Yes — it's designed for ultimate integration with Smith performance eyewear, and the AirEvac™ ventilation system works with Smith eyewear to keep lenses fog-free, with engineered channels for hands-free glasses storage. Most other sport sunglasses will fit comfortably too.

Q3: Why does helmet fit matter for safety, and how do I check mine?
A helmet only protects you properly if it sits level, snug, and doesn't shift when you shake your head. The dial fit system on the Signal MIPS lets you dial in that snug fit, and our staff can show you how to check it correctly in-store.
