FAQ

Q1: How do I find the right size dropper post?
Sizing depends on your frame's maximum insertion depth and your saddle height, so OneUp recommends using their online dropper post length selector with those two measurements. Our staff can also help measure your bike in-store and recommend the right diameter and drop length.

Q2: Is the V3 Dropper Post compatible with my existing remote?
Most cable-actuated remotes with a cable clamp bolt will work. If your remote doesn't have a cable clamp, a separate cable/nut kit is available to make it compatible.

Q3: How often does a dropper post need to be serviced?
OneUp recommends an upper bushing clean and grease every 25 hours of riding, a full clean and grease every 75–100 hours, and a full rebuild every 250–350 hours.
