The Carbon 14 3D WS comes in fixed lengths from 105 to 125 cm in 5 cm steps. A common starting point is to stand in ski boots, flip the pole upside down, and grip it just under the basket; your elbow should sit at roughly 90 degrees. Height, skiing style, and personal preference all play a role, so our staff can help you confirm the right length in-store. The Trigger Frame Strap also comes in S, M, and L sizes to match your hand.
