Size by your shoe size using Le Bent's chart. S fits US men's 3–5.5 / women's 4–6.5 (Mondo 21.5–23.5). M fits men's 6–8.5 / women's 7–9.5 (Mondo 24–26.5). L fits men's 9–11.5 / women's 10–12.5 (Mondo 27–29.5). XL fits men's 12–14.5 / women's 13–15.5 (Mondo 30–33). The Sammy Carlson comes in Frost and Alpine Ash.
