Long, cold days at Big White, Silver Star or the Sovereign Lake nordic trails are much more enjoyable when your toes stay warm from first lap to last. The Therm-ic S-Pack 2400 is a pack of two rechargeable batteries that power Therm-ic heated socks with three heat settings. On the lowest setting they deliver up to 23 hours of heat. They're compact, splash- and dust-resistant, and attach securely to your socks with press-studs. The included USB-C charger tops up both batteries at once, so you're ready for the next day on the hill.

FAQ	Q1: How do I choose the right heat setting on the S-Pack 2400? The battery has three heat levels, and the setting determines how long it lasts. Level 1 gives up to 23 hours, level 2 up to 10 hours, and level 3 up to 7 hours. For a full day at Big White or Silver Star, start on a lower setting and save the highest level for the coldest chairlift rides. Q2: Is the S-Pack 2400 compatible with the Therm-ic Heat Control App? No. The S-Pack 2400 isn't Bluetooth-connected, so you adjust the heat directly on the battery. If you'd like to control your socks from your smartphone, the Bluetooth-enabled Therm-ic S-Pack 3000B works with the Heat Control App. Q3: Is the S-Pack 2400 compatible with my existing Therm-ic heated socks? It's designed for Therm-ic heated ski and outdoor socks with S.E.T.® or Fusion technology. If you aren't sure which technology your socks use, bring them into either Kelowna location and our team will confirm compatibility. To protect battery life, Therm-ic recommends charging with a 5 V / 2 A (10 W) charger. Store the batteries half-charged in a cool place between seasons.
