FAQ

Q1: How do I find the right amount of Domestique Bar Tape?
One 220cm x 3cm roll is designed to fully wrap a standard set of drop bars, with enough length left over if you want to double-wrap high-contact sections. If you're unsure how much you'll need for your setup, our staff can help you plan it out in-store.

Q2: Is this tape compatible with my bars and shifter hoods?
Yes — it wraps using standard technique and sits cleanly under road and gravel shifter hoods. Each roll includes 2 screw-in end plugs and 2 finishing tapes for a secure, professional finish.

Q3: How do I remove old bar tape and reapply Domestique tape?
The silicone gel backing lifts away cleanly when it's time for a refresh, without damaging your bars. If any light residue remains, a bit of acetone, a hair dryer, or a citrus-based cleaner will take care of it before you re-wrap.
