Featuring GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit technology, this shoe provides a lightweight, flexible, and waterproof shield that keeps your feet dry without sacrificing breathability. Updated stability features and soft cushioning deliver a smooth, protective ride, while the improved TrailTack rubber outsole offers superior grip on wet and slippery surfaces. Perfect for trail runners who refuse to let rain or mud slow them down, the Cascadia 19 GTX combines comfort, protection, and all-terrain performance.

Stable & Adaptable - We improved our Trail Adapt System — which integrates a flexible rock plate within our soft DNA LOFT v3 foam cushioning — to provide even better protection and adaptability designed for long trail runs. All Around Traction - The outsole, made with 25% recycled content, offers all-terrain traction in wet and dry conditions. Comfort & Protection - Updated with 2 mm more nitrogen-infused cushioning in the heel and 4 mm more in the forefoot for extra softness. Airy mesh upper with added structure ensures a secure, breathable fit.
