Powerful avalanche protection without the battery bulk. The Backcountry Access Float E2 35L avalanche airbag backpack features the next-gen Alpride E2 supercapacitor system, delivering fast, reliable deployment without relying on lithium batteries. The 35-liter capacity offers ample space for gear during full-day or multi-day tours, while the streamlined design integrates ski and snowboard carry options, avy tool storage, and back panel access. Lighter, airline travel-friendly, and more temperature-stable than traditional battery-powered airbags, the E2 system provides peace of mind in unpredictable backcountry terrain.


FEATURES	While the supercapacitor makes it easier to travel internationally, our innovative Side Stash pocket and Back Stash zip make it easier to travel on snow without stopping to hydrate, swap hat/gloves/eyewear, or even skins—just rip ‘em, stash ‘em and go! All of our Float E2’s come in two sizes: S/M and M/L. Designed for close-in “slackcountry” riding, this is our slimmed-down 25-liter Float E2-25 airbag pack. All the same features as the Float E2-35, but 10 liters less volume, lower profile, and therefore no compression straps needed New E2 system is 40% smaller and 25% lighter than 21/22 Alpride E1 system, with a 162-liter airbag. STORAGE	Side Stash pocket and curved side zip enable you to access gear without removing the pack. Innovative Back Stash zip makes it a cinch to route your BC Link radio and/or hydration system from the shoulder straps into the main compartment without opening the airbag compartment.
