Product details

From timing turns on the groomers at Big White to working through the trees at Silver Star, a good pole should feel like part of your skiing rather than something you think about. The Atomic Revent Lite is a no-fuss all-mountain pole built to last season after season. Its 6000-series aluminum shaft and steel tip give solid, precise plants. The Ergonomic 2K grip uses shaped ridges for a secure hold, and grip sizing matches the pole length so it fits a range of hand sizes.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The Revent Lite suits skiers who want a reliable, well-built pole without paying for features they won't use. It works for first-season skiers buying their own gear, intermediate skiers replacing a bent or mismatched pair, and experienced skiers who want a dependable everyday pole. Its aluminum construction also makes it a practical choice for families outfitting several skiers at once.

Our team at Fresh Air will help you find the right fit in-store at both Kelowna locations. Stop by to work with one of our experienced staff members, or call 250-763-3425.

FAQ

Q1: How do I find the right size ski poles?
Turn the pole upside down and grip it just below the basket, with the tip pointing up and the handle resting on the floor. Your elbow should bend at roughly 90 degrees, with your forearm parallel to the ground. If your elbow sits higher than 90 degrees, size down; if it sits lower, size up. Do this in your ski boots if you can, since they add a few centimetres of height. Shorter poles suit skiers who ski moguls and trees, while slightly longer poles help on groomers. The Revent Lite comes in 5 cm increments from 105 to 135 cm.

Q2: Are the Revent Lite poles suitable for all conditions at Big White and Silver Star?
Yes, for most resort skiing. The 60 mm piste basket is built for groomed runs, hardpack and mixed resort snow, and the steel tip grips firm and icy surfaces. If you spend most of your time in deep powder, ask our staff about pole and basket options suited to softer snow.

Q3: What's the difference between aluminum and carbon ski poles?
Aluminum poles like the Revent Lite are durable and affordable. They tend to bend rather than snap under heavy impact, which makes them a practical everyday choice. Carbon poles are lighter and feel livelier in your hand, and they usually cost more. Atomic's Revent Carbon Lite is the carbon step-up in the same family if you want to save weight. Our staff can help you compare both in-store.
