Q1: How do I find the right size Arc'teryx Rho Headband?
The Rho Headband comes in two sizes, S/M and L/XL, based on the Arc'teryx hat sizing chart [VERIFY: confirm head circumference ranges for S/M and L/XL]. Measure around your head just above your eyebrows and ears, then choose the matching size. It should feel snug and secure without pressing on your forehead. Our staff can help you try both sizes in-store.

Q2: Can I wear the Rho Headband under a ski or bike helmet?
Yes. Arc'teryx designed the Rho Headband to be worn on its own or layered under a helmet, hood or hat. The thin microfleece and flatlock seams keep it low-profile, but check that your helmet still fits correctly with the headband on.

Q3: Should I wear a headband or a toque for winter running?
A headband suits high-output activities where you warm up quickly, because it covers your ears and forehead while letting heat escape from the top of your head. A toque gives more overall warmth for very cold days, slower efforts or stop-and-go activities. Many runners and ski tourers carry both and switch as conditions change.
