Q2: Can I wear the Rho Balaclava under a ski helmet?
Yes. Arc'teryx designed the Rho Balaclava with a low-profile shape that fits comfortably under a helmet, and its flatlock and merrow-stitched seams reduce pressure points. Check that your helmet still fits correctly with the balaclava on, because some helmets may need a fit-system adjustment.

Q3: How does the hinged face covering work?
The hinged construction lets you pull the face covering down below your chin without taking off the whole balaclava, which is handy when you're warming up on the skin track, riding the lift or stopping for a snack. You can also wear it as a neck gaiter. To clean it, machine wash on low, tumble dry low and skip the fabric softener.
