Product details

When you're dropping into Big White's alpine bowls or hammering through wind-affected snow and tight trees on a deep day, you need a binding that keeps you in until it really needs to let go. The Look Pivot 2.0 15 GW builds on Look's legendary turntable heel design, a long-time favourite for freeride and freestyle skiers, with practical upgrades for durability and setup: 15 mm of boot sole length adjustment, an improved DIN setting screw, and bumpers with a metal insert to protect against ski edges and poles. An all-metal race toe, a compact mounting zone, and dual compatibility with Alpine and GripWalk boot soles round out a binding built for skiers who put full trust in their gear.

KEY FEATURES

DIN 6–15 gives strong, aggressive skiers dependable retention in big, variable terrain

Turntable heel rotates directly under your tibia and soaks up hard landings, reducing unwanted pre-release

All-metal toe with 180° multi-directional release, including true upward release, delivers power without sacrificing protection

Short mounting zone keeps swing weight low and lets your ski flex more naturally underfoot

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The Look Pivot 2.0 15 GW is built for advanced and expert skiers who charge hard, whether that means off-piste lines, big-mountain freeride, or landing airs in the park. If you need a DIN range up to 15 and want legendary shock absorption and retention, this is one of the most trusted bindings available. Our team at Fresh Air will help you match the right binding to your boots, skis or board, and ability level in-store at both Kelowna locations. HOW TO SET UP

Binding mounting and DIN setting is a safety issue, not just a setup step. Our certified technicians will mount your bindings and set your DIN to the appropriate range for your height, weight, boot sole length, and ability level in-store at Fresh Air Pandosy (555 Groves Ave) or Fresh Air Dilworth (1656 Dilworth Drive).

FAQ

Q1: How do I know if these bindings are compatible with my skis?
The Pivot 2.0 15 GW is compatible with Alpine (ISO 5355) and GripWalk (ISO 23223) boot soles. Look recommends a brake width equal to or at most 15 mm wider than your ski's waist width, and the binding comes in 95 mm, 105 mm, and 115 mm brake sizes to suit everything from all-mountain to wide powder skis. Bring your skis and boots to either Fresh Air location and our team will confirm the right brake size and boot compatibility before mounting.

Q2: Do I need to get these bindings mounted, or can I install them myself?
Ski bindings should always be mounted by a certified technician. Correct mounting position, boot sole length adjustment, and DIN setting all affect how the binding retains and releases your boot, so this isn't a DIY job. Our certified technicians will mount and set up your Pivot 2.0 15 GW in-store at Fresh Air Pandosy or Fresh Air Dilworth.

Q3: What DIN setting is right for me, and why does it matter?
Your DIN setting controls how much force it takes for the binding to release your boot. Too low and you may pre-release on a landing or mid-turn; too high and the binding may not release when it should during a fall. The right number depends on your height, weight, age, boot sole length, and skiing ability. The Pivot 2.0 15 GW covers DIN 6–15, and our technicians will calculate and set your exact value in-store. A higher maximum DIN doesn't mean you should ski at a higher setting; it means the binding performs well across that range.
