Q.What's the difference between the 4.5 FDT GW and 7.0 FDT GW versions of the Wallisch Shorty?
Both use the same 72mm-waist ski — the difference is the binding and size run. The 4.5 FDT GW pairs with the shorter 119cm and 129cm lengths for smaller kids, while the 7.0 FDT GW pairs with the longer 139cm and 149cm lengths and a binding sized for taller or heavier junior riders.

Q.How do I know if my child needs the 139cm or 149cm length?
As a general guide for junior freestyle skis, the ski should reach somewhere between your child's chin and nose when standing next to it. Weight and ability level matter too — our team can help confirm the right length in-store rather than going by height alone.
