Product details

The Line Blade is a wide-tipped, tight-radius all-mountain ski built for skiers who want to carve hard and have a ridiculous amount of fun doing it. Its 95mm waist and short-radius sidecut make it a natural fit for Silver Star's groomed cruisers, while enough width up front keeps it playful when Big White gets a fresh dump of Okanagan powder. It's a ski that rewards aggressive, engaged skiing from the first turn of the Okanagan season to the last.

KEY FEATURES

Gas Pedal Metal™ construction — two independent Titanal pieces in the tip and tail for edge grip, torsional stability, and a lively feel

5-Cut™ Geometry sidecut blending five different radiuses for varied, intuitive turn shapes

Aspen wood core with Titanal for a lightweight yet snappy, engaged feel

Rocker/Camber/Rocker profile (3mm tip / 5mm camber / 1mm tail) for edge hold underfoot with easy turn initiation and release

Directional flex — softer tip floats and initiates turns easily, stiffer tail delivers power and high-speed stability

Fatty™ 1.7mm base and 2.5mm x 2.2mm edges for 30% more durability and longer tuning life

WHO IS THIS FOR

The Blade suits advanced to expert skiers who want a tight-turning, resort-focused ski that rewards an aggressive, engaged style on groomers and variable snow alike. Its short radius and directional flex make it best for skiers who already know how to drive a ski hard, rather than beginners looking for forgiveness. Our team at Fresh Air will help you find the right ski and size in-store at both Kelowna locations. Stop by to talk with one of our experienced staff members, or call 250-763-3425.

FAQ

What does Gas Pedal Metal™ construction actually do?
It's Line's Titanal layup, with separate tip and tail metal pieces layered into the ski to add edge grip, torsional stability, and stability at speed while keeping the overall flex lively rather than stiff and dead.

Is the Line Blade good for powder days at Big White?
Its wide shovel and directional flex give it decent float in fresh snow, but with a 95mm waist and short-radius carving-focused sidecut, it performs best as a groomer and variable-conditions ski rather than a dedicated powder ski.

How does the Line Blade compare to a traditional all-mountain ski like an Enforcer or Mantra?
The Blade trades a longer, more stable turn radius for a much shorter 13.5m average radius, making it quicker edge-to-edge and more playful in tight turns, while still using metal construction for stability at speed.
