Product details

The K2 Mindbender 96 is built for skiers who want one ski that handles everything from Silver Star's groomed cruisers to the tree runs and bumps scattered across Big White. Its 96mm waist and Rocker/Camber/Rocker profile give you confident edge hold on hardpack while still floating through the soft stashes that show up after an Okanagan storm cycle.

FAQ

What makes the Rhythm™ core different from a standard women's snowboard core?
The Rhythm™ core is shaped and profiled specifically around the mechanics, geometry, and riding style of female snowboarders. It leans heavily on aspen for a snappy, agile feel, while placing lighter paulownia wood in the tip and tail to cut down swing weight — making the board easier to initiate turns with and maneuver at slower speeds and lighter body weights than a standard unisex core.

Is the K2 Extravision good for both groomers and powder?
Yes — the Combination Camber profile is designed for exactly that mix. Camber underfoot on Silver Star's groomed cruisers gives you solid edge hold and pop out of turns, while the extended rocker in the nose helps the board float and stay forgiving when you point it into Big White's deeper snow.

What ability level is the K2 Extravision snowboard designed for?
K2 built the Extravision for intermediate to advanced riders — those who've moved past the basics and are looking for a board that rewards more aggressive turns and varied terrain, without being so stiff or demanding that it takes away from a smooth, predictable ride.
