Product details

The K2 Fatty Skiboards bring a quick, playful way to lap Silver Star's groomers or session the park features at Big White without the commitment of a full-length ski. At just 88cm with bindings already mounted, they're built for side hits, party laps, and quick sends — pop them on over any ski boot and go.

KEY FEATURES

88cm one-size-fits-most length works for a wide range of skier heights and weights

Full Camber rocker profile blends a gradual tip rise with a short, low tail rise for control in variable snow

Composite core keeps the skiboard light and forgiving underfoot

DuraCap construction molds the top layer around the core for added durability and a lighter overall feel

Adjustable, non-release bindings come pre-mounted and fit ski boot sole lengths from roughly 262mm to 382mm (about men's US 4–11)

Includes a resort-required safety leash

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The Fatty Skiboards suit riders of any ability, from first-timers looking for an easy, skate-like learning curve to advanced skiers after a fun, playful lap in the park. They're a great pick-up-and-go option for a quick session rather than a full day of all-mountain skiing.

Our team at Fresh Air will help you find the right setup in-store at both Kelowna locations. Stop by to talk with one of our experienced staff members, or call 250-763-3425.

FAQ

Q.What exactly is a skiboard and how is it different from a regular pair of skis?
A skiboard is a short, twin-tip ski — the K2 Fatty measures just 88cm, compared to 150cm-plus for a typical ski. The short length makes it easy to spin, slide, and maneuver, and it comes with both bindings pre-mounted, so there's no need to buy skis in a pair length or size them to your height the way you would with regular skis.

Q.Do I need special boots to ride the K2 Fatty Skiboards?
No — the Fatty's bindings are designed to work with standard ski boots, fitting boot sole lengths from about 262mm to 382mm (roughly men's US 4–11). If you already own ski boots, you can use them; if not, our team can help make sure your boots and the skiboard's bindings are a good match.

Q.Are skiboards good for beginners, or are they only for park and trick skiing?
Skiboards work well for both. Their short length and rocker profile make for an easy, forgiving learning curve for first-timers, while the same maneuverability makes them a fun, playful option for more advanced riders looking to spin, slide, and hit side features in the park.
