Product details

The Armada ARV 94 Madsteez turns the whole mountain into a playground, built for skiers who want to lap park features at Big White or Silver Star one run and butter through variable snow the next. A 94mm twin-tip shape with Rocker/Camber/Rocker profile keeps things quick edge-to-edge and predictable on hardpack, while the durable w3Dgewall construction and 2.5mm Impact Edges hold up to daily rail and feature abuse.

WHO IS THIS FOR

The ARV 94 Madsteez is built for intermediate-to-advanced skiers with a playful style — park and freestyle riders, or anyone who treats the whole mountain like a terrain park, whether that's rail features at Big White or side hits at Silver Star. It's not the ski for chasing top speed on wide-open groomers, but it's a go-to for creative, hard-charging park laps. Our team at Fresh Air will help you find the right ski and size in-store at both Kelowna locations. Stop by to talk with one of our experienced staff members, or call 250-763-3425.

FAQ

Is the Armada ARV 94 Madsteez a true twin tip ski?
It has a partial twin tip shape — the tail is turned up, but not as much as the tip. It's easy to land and ride switch, but it's built to ski forward the majority of the time, rather than as a fully symmetrical park-specific twin.

Is the ARV 94 stiff enough for big park features and rails?
Yes. With a flex rating of 6 (tip), 7 (waist), and 7 (tail) out of 10, plus oversized 2.5mm Impact Edges and w3Dgewall construction, it's built to take repeated abuse from rails and bigger features without breaking down.

How does the ARV 94 compare to the wider ARV 100 or ARV 106?
The ARV 94 is the stiffest and quickest edge-to-edge ski in the ARV lineup, with a tighter turn radius that favors hardpack and park laps. The wider ARV 100 and 106 trade some of that quickness for more float and stability in softer, deeper snow.
