Product details

The Armada ARV 100 Black Edition is built to be a true one-ski quiver, equally happy lapping park features and rail lines at Big White as it is floating through fresh snow or ripping groomers at Silver Star. A nearly symmetrical twin-tip shape with a Rocker/Camber/Rocker profile keeps turn initiation and release smooth in both directions, while the tough Poplar core and w3Dgewall construction stand up to daily abuse.

FAQ

Can the Armada ARV 100 Black Edition really work as a one-ski quiver?
Yes — that's exactly what it's designed for. The 100mm waist floats well enough for sneaker powder days, the nearly symmetrical twin-tip rocker handles park laps, and the Rocker/Camber/Rocker profile still holds an edge on groomers, so most skiers won't need a second pair for typical Okanagan conditions.

What's the difference between the ARV 100 Black Edition and the ARV 94 Black Edition?
Both share the same construction, rocker profile, and full twin tip shape. The 100mm waist gives more float in soft snow and a slightly wider platform, while the narrower 94mm version is quicker edge-to-edge and leans a bit more toward firm-snow park use.

Is the ARV 100 Black Edition good for skiing powder at Big White?
Yes. The 100mm waist and tip rocker give it solid float on a typical Okanagan powder day, though it's not a dedicated powder ski — it's built to handle fresh snow as part of an all-around, park-friendly package rather than to excel specifically in the deepest days.
