The 2026 Armada Shift 13 MN Bindings revolutionize backcountry skiing by combining full touring and freeride performance in a single tech binding. Featuring pins for efficient hiking and a hike/ride switch to seamlessly transition to secure freeride mode, these bindings work with all ISO-normed alpine and touring boots. This game-changing design eliminates compromises between touring and skiing, letting you hike light and ski hard with the same reliable binding—plus, it’s perfect for alpine ski days with your regular boots.

Carbon-Infused Polyamide Toe Lever and Wings – Lightweight and robust for better durability and energy transfer.

Power Block AFD (Anti-Friction Device) – Contiunuously adjustable without steps, and incorporating a new aluminum Power Block that delivers an impressive 30% increase in lateral power transfer.

Dual Mode Toe – Easily converts from ski to tour mode and back

HEEL

Locking Brakes – Sturdier, more reliable brake lever construction that improves locking and avoids disengagement.

TOUR MODE

Hike and Ride Switch – Lever at toe shifts between hike and ski mode.

Dual Height Climbing Aid – Tall option is now 4mm higher.

BOOT COMPATIBILITY

Multi Norm Certified (MN) – Compatible with all adult boot sole types, including ISO 5355 Alpine, ISO 9523 Touring, WTR (Walk to Ride) and GripWalk.

Requires Boot with Full Heel and Toe Lugs – Not compatible with boots like the Dynafit Hoji Pro Tour and TLT, Atomic Backland, Salomon X-Alp and Arc'teryx Procline, among others. These boots have shortened or non-existent lugs and will not fit into the Shift in downhill mode.
